Certification Process (Jump to certification levels)
VPOP’s evaluation and certification process is designed to be thorough and unbiased.
There are two steps to our process:
- We interview many company leaders: This enables us to develop an understanding of how a company, and its leaders, values their employees.
- We survey the employee base. This survey is anonymous and gives us critical insights into the company’s culture, practices, morale, and general sentiments of the employees.
Once completed, we make the determination if a company will be certified as an Ideal Place to Work™, and at which level.
